Do you carry catalogs?
Our web site is our catalog. However, We carry over 350,000 medical products from various manufactures, If you don't see the product online, it doesn't mean that we don't carry it. If you would like a specific catalog from one of our many vendors, just call. We add dozens of products to the web site on daily basis. However, if you are looking for something in particular, we'll be happy to assist you with your search. Do you offer volume discounts?

Do you ship internationally?
In general, we will ship to Canada and Military bases internationally. However, due to the high amounts of international fraud we generally do not ship internationally. We are pleased to offer the services of BONGO International. Look for the BONGO Symbol in the bottom left corner of the screen. Northwest Health and Safety Inc. reserves the right to restrict purchases for international shipping on particular products or if there is suspicion of fraud. Please call for details.

All purchases are subject to the Return Policy.
What carriers does your company use for shipping?
We use all of the major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, Airborne Express/ DHL. For the most part we use FedEx. Shipping Information.
What are your shipping rates?
The shipping rates are subject to the type of delivery services selected as well as the size and weight of the items purchased. Many of the products that we carry have a pre-assigned shipping rate. If the system calculates unusually high shipping cost for you, please call us and we'll be happy to make any necessary adjustments. Most items qualify for free shipping on orders above $100. see details, some restrictions apply.
How long does it take to receive my products?
The shipping time varies due to holidays, stock levels and product availability. We will make every effort to assure expedited delivery to you. Please call if you need an item right away to check availability. In general please allow 5-7 business days. For special order and embroidery items please allow 10-14 days.
Do you share buyer’s information?
Can I pay with a check?
Yes, we are happy to accept payments via personal or company checks. Please be advised that the check must first be deposited and cleared by our bank before any products will be shipped out. This process may take up to five (5) business days for out-of-state checks. Payments made using Cashier's Check do not require any wait time. Products are shipped upon receipt of the Cashier's Check (subject to verification).
